Whey protein - anyone use it in cooking?
Hi everyone,

I've been toying with the idea of using whey protein (I'm thinking this over other protein powders as it doesn't taste of much) in my cooking, with the logic that it would keep me fuller for longer and therefore helping to curb snacking.

I find that eating fewer carbs tends to result in me getting hungry a little sooner, hence this plan.

Or perhaps drinking it with a meal might be a good idea...

Has anybody else here tried consuming protein powder in or with their meals increase the length of "fullness"?

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
